Oct. 11
Worship Leader: Rev. Arvid Straub
Topic: Prayer—Yes, I said Prayer.

We welcome to our pulpit on Sunday, Rev. Arvid Straube.  Rev. Arvid has been a UU parish minister for 35 years. He has served many congregations, most recently as Lead Minister of the First UU Church of San Diego. He currently has a ministry of spiritual direction, spiritual coaching, meditation coaching and teaching, and is serving as an affiliate minister at Chalice UU Congregation.

His sermon is entitled: Prayer—Yes, I said Prayer.  Many UUs are confused and conflicted about the practice of prayer.  Does prayer have a place for UUs?
